If something is not right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below before placing your order or starting a return.

30-day return window

Returns may be requested within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Approval required

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Plant not included

Ivy does not include a plant. Please do not return plants, soil, or water with the product.

30-day return policy

Growmi offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, your Ivy Smart Planter AI must meet the return conditions below.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your Ivy Smart Planter AI must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused or gently inspected only.
  • Free from soil, plants, water, damage, or heavy signs of use.
  • Returned with all original accessories, manuals, charging cables, and packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Important plant note

Plants are not included with Ivy and should not be returned with the product. Returned items must be free from soil, plants, and water.

How to start a return

Please include your order number so we can assist you faster.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used to place the order.
  • A short reason for the return.
  • Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to ship your item. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Growmi is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If approved, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or return solution.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your Ivy Smart Planter AI arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • Photos of the packaging.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs, shipping protection, priority processing fees, and other non-product charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

If your item arrived defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.

Order cancellations

We work quickly to process orders, so cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once your order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. To request a cancellation, contact us with your order number.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, water damage, improper setup, or accidental damage.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Items returned with soil, plants, water, or heavy signs of use.
  • Products sent back without prior return approval.

Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Growmi is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we may offer a reshipment where possible. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Refunds are not guaranteed for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, with neighbors, your building reception, or your local carrier.

Growmi is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
